Accessibility Statement
PRKR LAW, P.A. is committed to ensuring that everyone — including people with disabilities — can use this website. We believe access to legal information and to our firm should not depend on the technology you use or the way you experience the web.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Accessibility is built into the source code of this site. We do not rely on third-party accessibility overlays or widgets, which the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the disability community have repeatedly identified as ineffective.
What we have built in
- Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks (header, main, footer, nav).
- A skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Color combinations that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for text and UI components.
- Full keyboard operability — no functionality requires a mouse.
- Screen-reader-friendly labels on icons, images, and form controls.
- Text that reflows correctly at 200% and 400% browser zoom.
- Respect for your operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- A built-in accessibility preferences panel for text size, contrast, and motion.
Known limitations
We test this site on an ongoing basis and are not currently aware of any significant accessibility barriers. The site was most recently reviewed against WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA using both automated tools and manual testing.
Where this site displays content from third parties — such as the text of client reviews from Google — that content is presented as accessible text within our own markup.
If you encounter any barrier we have not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us improve.

If you have difficulty using or accessing any element of this site, or if you wish to discuss potential accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or a similar law, please contact us.
