A Family-Owned Law Firm

PRKR LAW, P.A. is a family-owned law firm managed by husband and wife, Richard and Rachel Parker.

When you hire PRKR LAW, you're not a case number — you are family. Richard and Rachel built the Firm on a simple belief: Everyone deserves skilled, dedicated legal representation and the kind of personal service that only a family-run practice can provide.

Richard Parker is a seasoned criminal defense attorney who has spent his career standing between his clients and the government. Whether you're facing a misdemeanor charge or a serious felony, Richard brings the preparation, tenacity, and courtroom experience that your case demands. He knows the local courts, he knows the system, and — most importantly — he knows how much is on the line for you and your family.

Rachel Parker serves as the firm's Office Manager and Paralegal, and her background is anything but ordinary. A Florida native and registered nurse, Rachel understands what it means to show up for people when it matters most.

At PRKR LAW, your fight is our fight — and we take that personally.
